As the year 2020 drew to a close, fitness and weight loss apps continued to play a crucial role in helping individuals maintain their health and wellness goals. In Brazil, the fourth quarter saw varying performance among the top apps in this category. Data from Sensor Tower offers insights into the downloads, revenue, and active user trends for these leading applications.

The Lose Weight for Women at Home app, published by Leap Health, showed a decrease in downloads from 105K in the last week of September to 61K in the final week of December. Weekly active users followed a similar downward trend, starting at 495K and dipping to 388K by year's end.

Huami Inc.'s Zepp Life (Formerly MiFit), despite having no reported revenue, experienced fluctuations in downloads, peaking at 116K in the third week of December before falling to 66K in the last week. However, the app's weekly active users saw an overall increase, starting at 2.36M and rising to 2.51M by the close of the quarter.

Workout for Women: Fit at Home, from publisher ABISHKKING LIMITED., saw a drop in downloads from 91K to 47K over the quarter. A similar trend was observed in weekly active users, decreasing from 656K to 449K.

The Kompanion: At Home Workouts app, by Alivex, had a notable spike in revenue, especially in the second half of the quarter, jumping from $175 to $1.5K. Downloads surged to 292K in the third week of November, then tapered off to 19K by the end of December. Active users peaked at 276K in November but decreased to 33K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Intermittent Fasting 16:8 by ABISHKKING LIMITED. enjoyed a steady revenue, ending the quarter with $3.5K. Downloads saw an uptick from 37K to 65K, and weekly active users increased from 573K to 568K.
